These terms apply when you use the AniMed Djursjukhus website and our digital services, such as appointment booking.
About the website
The website is provided by AniMed Djursjukvård AB (org. no. 559347-4694), which operates AniMed Djursjukhus, Järnvägsgatan 24, 172 35 Sundbyberg, for information purposes. We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, but make no guarantees that all information is always complete or current.
No substitute for veterinary advice
The information on the website does not replace a veterinary assessment. In case of acute problems, always call us first on 08-400 654 00 and we will make an assessment.
Booking
Online appointments are booked in our booking system, Provet Cloud, at my.provet.com, provided by Provet. When you book there, Provet's terms of service also apply. When you book an appointment, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct. You cancel or reschedule in accordance with the instructions you receive when booking.
Prices and payment
You always receive a price estimate before treatment. Current prices are on our price page. Payment is made at the visit or before your pet leaves the hospital. We accept card (not American Express), Swish and invoice.
Insurance and direct settlement
If your pet is insured, we help with direct settlement with most insurers when possible. The insurer then pays the reimbursable part directly to us, and you pay the excess and anything not covered by the policy. Direct settlement requires that the policy is valid and that the insurer approves the settlement at the time of the visit, and we need the name of the insurer and the policy number. An administrative fee for direct settlement may apply according to the current price list. Read more under Insurance.
Intellectual property rights
The content on the website, including text, images and logo, belongs to AniMed Djursjukvård AB or our partners and may not be used without permission.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, and which cookies the website uses in our cookie policy.
Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version is always published here on the website.
